Paul J. Gorman, MD
Dr. Gorman is the founder of GLOW Skin Revived, a thriving cosmetic surgery practice located in Redwood City, CA, that serves the San Francisco peninsula and Bay Area. He received his BA from the University of Virginia and Medical Degree (MD) from the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Gorman underwent surgical training at the Penn State College of Medicine, followed by a Post Doctoral Fellowship in the Department of Surgery at Stanford University. Dr. Gorman has focused his practice on cosmetic medicine and surgery. At GLOW, he has introduced innovative techniques for breast augmentation, tummy tucks (abdominoplasty), liposuction (SmartLipo), and fat transfer. Dr. Gorman also performs a wide range of laser treatments (skin resurfacing and rejuvenation), as well as injections (Botox® and dermal fillers). Dr. Gorman is committed to providing his patients the highest standard of care while keeping abreast of exciting developments in the field of cosmetic medicine and surgery.
Renee L. Marshall, MD
Dr. Marshall, a long time colleague of Dr. Gorman, joined the GLOW clinical staff in 2008. She received her BS from Illinois State University and Medical Degree (MD) from Penn State College of Medicine. Upon completing her surgical training at Penn State, Dr. Marshall spent a year at Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow, obtaining a Master of Science in Management degree. Her broad clinical background lends Dr. Marshall a unique perspective as she limits her practice to the exciting field of cosmetic medicine and surgery. Well versed in all GLOW services, treatments and procedures, Dr. Marshall has developed a special interest in Smartlipo body contouring.
Monica Cendejas
Business Manager
Monica has been with GLOW Skin Revived since early 2011. She has a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University, and over 10 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetic industry. Monica plays a key role in managing GLOW communications and outreach, including social and print media, email communications and newsletters, and patient correspondence. She has an extensive skincare and makeup background, and enjoys working with patients to find solutions to their most pressing concerns. Monica’s energy and professionalism (and her bilingual skills) have assisted numerous patients on their cosmetic journeys, from the initial consultation through to outstanding results.
Michaela Green
Medical Assistant
Michaela serves as a Medical Assistant at GLOW. With over three years of cosmetic and healthcare experience, Michaela has become a vital part of the back office team. She completed her Medical Assisting training at Everest College (San Jose, CA) and obtained additional qualification in Phlebotomy from MTI (Sacramento, CA). Innovative and thoughtful, Michaela performs an essential role in virtually all GLOW procedures, and has become a familiar, caring face to many patients.
Brittany O’Brien
Client Services Specialist
Brittany joined GLOW as a Client Services Specialist in the spring of 2011. She has several years of front office experience in addition to nine years of customer service responsibilities. Brittany has a passion for health and beauty that is enthusiastically shared on a daily basis at GLOW. As a key patient contact, she assists in all aspects of the GLOW experience, from scheduling and education to in-office care and follow-up. Brittany’s energy and attention to detail is not lost on patients, the primary beneficiaries of her willingness to go above and beyond.
