What are your hours?
We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We do offer additional hours (morning and evening) by appointment only. Please contact our office for more details.
Where are you located?
GLOW is located at 570 El Camino Real in Redwood City. This is one block south of Whipple Avenue, on the corner of Hopkins Avenue and El Camino Real. We are less than 5 minutes from Highway 101. Our office is on the second floor, Suite 260. There is stair access on either side, and elevator access on your left as you face the building. Do you charge for a consultation?
No. We view the consultation process as an opportunity to learn more about your goals, and determining whether or not we can help you meet them.
Will I meet the Doctor during my consultation?
Yes. You will meet several members of the GLOW team during your consultation, including our Patient Care Coordinator and one of our Doctors.
How do I make an appointment?
You are always welcome to call us at 650-231-4501 to schedule your appointment. If you call outside of our normal office hours, please leave a detailed message. We’ll call you back at the earliest opportunity. You can also request an appointment by email through our Contact Us message form, or by simply emailing us at info@glowmedical.com.
Who performs the procedure(s)?
At GLOW, all cosmetic surgical procedures and treatments are performed by our experienced Doctors.
What procedures are offered at GLOW Skin Revived?
We provide a range of proven cosmetic surgical procedures and treatments. Our body contouring services include liposuction and Smartlipo laser lipolysis, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), and small and large volume fat transfer to the face, hands, buttocks, or breast. We also offer a number of breast rejuvenation options, including breast augmentation with saline or silicone implants (or fat transfer) and breast lift (mastopexy). Botox® and dermal filler (Juvederm, Radiesse) treatments are always available, as are a broad range of laser treatments: SmartSkin CO2™ and Fraxel® skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, IPL treatments, and laser skin rejuvenation.
Do you accept health insurance?
No. We limit our practice to elective cosmetic surgery procedures and treatments, none of which are covered by insurance.
What are your payment terms?
We accept cash, certified check or credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). Payment is due in full prior to any surgical procedure, and at the time of treatment for other services.
